From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'HushWaterMeadow started with a humble wish: to offer true Neapolitan pizza in Rome. The Rossi household created our pizzeria in 1985, originating as a quaint family-oriented business with recipes passed from generation to generation.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her journeys across Italy, apprenticing with master pizzaiolos in Naples—the pizza's homeland. When she came back to the UK, she aspired to emulate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, with classic techniques and premium components.
What initiated as a tiny 12-seat pizza shop has evolved into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our dedication to craftsmanship and authenticity remains firm. We continue to rely on traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and procure only the most exquisite ingredients available.
Today, 'HushWaterMeadow is still in the hands of its founding family, with the Rossi descendants now steering our devoted crew. While modern innovations have been adopted, our core: delivering delectable, authentic pizza that unites folks, hasn't changed.
